1. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If any item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the backordered products, offering either a refund or delivery upon restocking.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. This cost is collected at the time of purchase and will be the final shipping price.
3. Dispatch Time
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Our dispatch center operates Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
- Inside Tamil Nadu: Delivery within 1–2 business days
- Outside Tamil Nadu: Delivery within 3–4 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier constraints.
5. Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address can be updated any time before the order is dispatched. Please contact us promptly for address modifications.
6. P.O. Box & Military Address Shipping
We can ship to P.O. boxes via postal services only.
Military addresses are served via postal services; courier options are not available for these locations.
7. Items Out of Stock
If a selected item is out of stock, we will notify you. You may choose to wait, replace, or request a refund for the unavailable item.
8. Delivery Delays
If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, kindly contact us so we can initiate a tracking investigation with the shipping provider.
9. Tracking Notifications
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment’s status in real time.
10. Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify our support team. If already delivered, contact us immediately with images and details.
11. Duties & Taxes
- Sales Tax is included in product prices on our website.
- Import Duties (for international orders): Any applicable duties must be paid by the customer. Refusal to pay may result in return at your expense, with only the product value refunded minus return and original shipping costs.
12. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, please refer to our Refund Policy.
13. Shipping Insurance
All parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.
If damaged or lost in transit:
- We will initiate a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the issue.
